On site opportunities that i received here were amazing. i got to learn a lot from this opportunity. Many Wishs for it, But very less get to experience it. as only the bright ones, and those who have best track record in their job get this chance. I am happy tyo have it. It made me learn much more then what I knew it

As i said, onsite opportunities are there.But only for those who make their place in merit, Don't take as a con, I would say.

In the beginning, I had some tough times, but my superior helped me a lot. Now, I feel comfortable. I've worked on different projects, and clients need, that has helped me get better in my domain. It's definitely a place for fresher.

Training tutors at NeoSOFT are amazing. They have good years of industry experience. Both freshers and experience people can take advantage of this Neo Academy training. I personally find this training resourceful, and I am impressed with the quality of training and knowledge offered by our tutors at NeoSOFT.

No job security at Neosoft. I have seen people been fired within 20 days of their joining simply because they couldn't crack one client Interview. It's a waste of time since the client interview is done post joining the company. Any escalation from the client can put your salary on hold. You might have to relocate from the originally agreed work location to the client place. Emergency leave can get you fired, they are not very understanding about such situations. Some clients do not treat employees well, making them feel like mere workers rather than valued contributors. Despite delivering quality work, they do not offer even a single word of appreciation. Additionally, the leave policy is not favorable, as it is based on leave credits. Every month, 1.5+ leave days are added, which is reflected in the payslip (one full day and a half-day leave per month).
