HR policies are poor. Company's resources are not at all company's resources...everything is decided by client. Even sometimes you need to relocate anywhere all over the world. Client takes your interview, if you are selected then Ok. Else you'll be in a pressure and on bench.

I have received an offer from Capgemini with 12.5 LPA CTC (fixed component). I am currently having CTC of 9.5 LPA (9 LPA fixed + 50k variable). My tech stack is into DotNet Core, SQL, DotNet MVC, DotNet Framework, Vue JS, Vanilla JS, JQuery, CI/CD with 4 years and 3 months of overall IT experience (which includes 6 months of internship). Wanted to know about the salary trends since there is a mixed trend going on right now in the industry.
