Company has recently got a physical office in Gurgaon and other India employees works all over India remotely. The HQ is in Chicago and a large number of employees works from Philippines. The India non- operation team is based out of Gurgaon and mostly function from office. The office culture is really good. The management trying best to give a good employee experience to all. There are cons like policies are still in making, the owners are heavily involved in all the process that kind of restricts a lot of empowerments within the team. However they are trying to make this is a better place.

Company is never bad, it's only management who is good or bad, the worst management and people, management doesn't now anything and what there leads to do their work, when you will ask for help Or guidance, you will get a reply that we are not here to spoon feed you, if you will ask a question they will not answer you and will ask another question to shut your mouth, they give impossible tasks to do, they even don't have any proper tracker to maintain no proper data where you can check info. and present your data, if you will not get any info. then how will you present any data, if u will ask your manager about data or anything they will advice you to contact someone else, and if you will reach out to third person then that person will send to another person and it goes on, in short you will never get correct info.
