No proper allotment of work. Always get domination for Junior. Hide and seek in Allowances. Always sent on site still if it's not your duty/responsibility. No properly explained responsibilities. Lower class mentality of middle level management Every one is manager just pushing work to one another. You will always under observation of "CCTV". No sense of how to treat people. If their need get overed they blaim on you that you had done some Misscalinious things and they will remove you immediately. Thay also had two years of bond. But not discussed at the time of interview after confirmation of joining date they will told you that there is 2 years of bond....Read More
