No job security,Team mates not knows of sales,low salary,No career growth No innovation, no work life balance etc

Politics, company doesn't like individual performance no appreciate,, I do received appreciation emails from Indian Oil Corporation Ltd Trichy,but that they came to unnoticed by my higher officer, they not provide the actual travel expenses what I am claiming at for the company norms etc which is some time pain,they do not value the unique strength of individual.also no yearly bonus where they promise to do in verbal when joining....Read More

Got Rejected In an Interview, Just Because I Didn’t Answer a Personal Question

So, I got invited for this interview, and they told me to be there at 9 AM. Of course, I get there early, like 8:30, because I don't want to be late. But then I end up waiting for 1.5 hours. Seriously, they didn't even acknowledge me until 10. Then this HR lady calls me in, and she's totally unprofessional. She's like, on her phone, making personal calls while I'm sitting right there. And then she starts asking me these really weird questions, like what my nickname is, and what my dad does for a living. It got really uncomfortable when she started pressing for details about where my dad works. I mean, what does that have to do with anything? So I politely told her I didn't want to answer, and she actually said, "Then we can't continue this interview." I was honestly shocked. But instead of arguing, I just stood up and said, “Alright then.” And walked out. I left feeling pissed. Not only did they waste an hour of my time, but the HR rep was also rude and unprofessional..
