Good company for experienced. Freshers start from small scale then switch to an MNC like this as you will get to learn a lot in ground execution than desk work in an MNC like this. Timings are Mon- Fri, flexible timing 9-6. One day wfh.

The lack of public transportation options makes commuting to and from work difficult for many employees. 2. Working Hours Policy: The strictly enforced 9-hour policy, where employees are expected to work for 8.5 hours consecutively, without adequate breaks, can be physically and mentally taxing. This policy leaves little room for flexibility and work-life balance. 3. Work Assignment and Skill Development: There is a lack of diversity in work assignments, which limits opportunities for employees to expand their skill sets and grow professionally. Additionally, there are limited avenues for skill development and career advancement within the organization. 4. Appraisal Process: The appraisal process seems to disproportionately penalize minor infractions, such as exceeding a 5-minute break outside the workstation, which can negatively impact employees' overall performance ratings and appraisals. 5. Uncompensated Overtime: The expectation to work late into the night, sometimes until midnight, without compensation or recognition, is unsustainable and unfair to employees who put in extra effort to meet deadlines or complete tasks. 6. Read it carefully if you're planning to join the company. 1. Pathetic working experience 2. Worst office politics done by senior sitting in the company for more than 10 years. 3. Worst work life balance 4. Forget you have a life after joining the company. 5. Worst holiday policy 5 fixed and 3 optional. 6. No cafeteria in the office only pantry with single pathetic coffee machine. 7. If your desk is on 7th floor you will get a vibe of working in the store room or punjab national bank. 8. Pathetic hygiene in the office. You will see cockroaches roaming in the pantries and office and even in the vending machine. Even there were lizards walking around on my desk. 9. Problem of 2-3 weehlers parking if parking is full u have to pay and park your vehicle. 10. No techinal knowledge sharing by the leads. 11. My teammates were working till 7 am in the morning due to poor project planning by managers. 12. They need the deliverables at any cost without even discussing with the team members about the planning. 13. Boss come to the office at 12 pm and expect the team to stay late for them.
