Employees are okay and very supportive for me I felt like but working environment is too harsh especially for metallurgy and mechanical engineer in steel zone , sometimes even we feel like labour if it is a 12hour shift then your life will be a hell and company showcases colourful and vibrant offices but when it comes work area it is quite opposite,so the fresher who want to join don't go blindly have an enquiry about kind of work....Read More

Zero work life balance. Working 6 days a week. Employees never get their leaves approved by managers even if employee has leave balance. Horrible management.

It’s a great organisation to work in. The company culture is amazing . But never ever, even at gun point don’t join JSW Steel if you’re allocated to Mining division at Barbil. The Barbil division is the worst. The HR department here are uneducated goons . I don’t understand why the organisation is not focusing in this department. The employees of the mining department are literally looting the organisation. Please don’t join, even if you don’t have any other options at your hand....Read More

There’s literally nothing to like specifically of the mining department of JSW steel. Do not join it at gun point also. They’re literally looting the organisation and will expect you to be a part of it. It’ll be a mental torture everyday if you join this department.
