It is the worst culture ever. People working for 5 plus years are not even getting 50k salary. The seniors are insecure. A place for dirty politics. My personal experience.- they delete the reports which I uploaded. Deducte salaries incase of break exceed(even after extending the shift). The vice president is really unworthy, shes a scammer. 0 employee friendly. I worked for a year here and I did see none of the people who joined after me sustained for more than 6 months. The most cheap management. They perform many illegal activities and scam the employees money. If you submit a doctor's report in case of any sick leave, the cheap VP calls up the doctor to check.... I do have proofs which shall prove this company as a scam run my the VP.
