Company policies are very poor. No pay for overtime but company wants to extend the shifts, even comp offs were not allowed to take when it is needed., HR team is very poor in ticket handling.

* NeeYaMo , Good Infrastructure and Good Environment. * Not only work place, it also be a good entertainment place. * HR & Team behaves friendly. * Being Good opportunity for Freshers. * Provide Cab facilities for Weekend Shifts. * I could see , all cultural programs are celebrate in the Office . * Felt comfortable and flexible to work .

* There are 4 kind of teams has involved in the office ( IT, Payroll, BGV, Benefits). But i was worked in the Benefits team, Totally wasted my career. * Why because , they didn't give opportunities for to proof our best of knowledge. * Benefits Ops Managers was Behave too worst . * They didn't give freedom . they said, here should be only focus on process don't participate in cultural programming or any fun friday games . * Before 1 year i felt better , But after came back Ops manager, Benefits team loosing them freedom and uncomfortable . * They didn't consider for weekend shift employee for any events . * They didn't give opportunity to speak english to clients , that's a major minus for all employees . * I'm not mentioned other team, I just said only for BENEFITS team . * Keep change as well as better...Read More

Neeyamo is a good place for fresher to start a career; however, not the best. Company culture is good and there's a lot to learn. People generally stay for a year or two and look for better opportunities as it's not really a place to make a full career. Company is growing and expanding on fast pace.

Dislikes

Low salary and very poor salary growth, long working hours (9.5), no incentives, no transportation facility, no job security.
