Nothing, It was my worst decision joining it. Work culture is torturous. They make you sit till late like almost till 11-12 at night. If you don’t sit late nights, they will keep you in PIP plans. Hikes provided are like 0% and the bonuses they promise while joining which has to be given to us at year end, has been vanished saying we don’t have enough funds. We are been laid off once we complete the part so that they rid of the bonus to give, also they don’t lay off, they force us to resign.
