NEC is a good company if you want to learn a tonne of new technologies in a short period of time. It has benefits also like cab service, good medical insurance, Sodexo meal pass, birthday amount, etc. Compensation can be compared to an average of what TCS, Accenture offers.

Dislikes

You'll get into comfort zone pretty quickly. Career growth stops after 2-3 years generally in a project. They still use Struts and Waterfall model in a lot of projects. Work management is bad because many days you'll have no work but some days you'll work for 16 hours a day.

Dislikes

Most of the people joined here will not last long more than three years due to less increment in salary especially for freshers. I joined here as a fresher 2.5 years before and currently I got only 19% increment with initial salary when I joined.
