1. Salary punctual. 2. Ethical and honest company, do not allow any wrong test. 3. Laboratory is very good. 4. Leaves are granted for family needs. 5. Manager was very supportive. 6. Regular increments are given since joining. 7. Covid support good. Gave salaries during lockdown 10. Got a good start to my carrier from this company

1. Far from Rohtak 2. Road not good.. 3. Somtime late shifts working 4. Personal phone not allowed in Laboratory

Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. Please let me know your insights. Update - Thank you for all the inputs everyone who all contributed to the discussion.
