Zero work life balance. Working 7 days a week. Employees never get their leaves approved by managers even if employee has leave balance. Horrible management.

To be honest, I liked the company reputation in market but it’s totally different in reality

Review on NCC Wadala yard There is nothing such I like about this company. This was the worst ever company I have worked no work-life balance. Officially 12hrs regular duty but your leaving time is never on time they always make work overtime. Even I have worked for 22hrs straight andwhat in return I get was next day holiday and not overtime money. Seniors will leave on time as they will push all the work on juniors and leave no responsibility is taken after that. Also all incentives and work appreciation will be given to seniors as the main chief engineer doesn’t even know the names of juniors or never even seen their faces. HR is the worst person as they never supported me during my overtime works and food. The canteen is terrible mess literally rats playing around the tables I have never ate their food I used to carry tiffin. Managers will use foul words if some small mistake/delay in work is done by you they will expect perfection in every work with cheap working methods. It was only hyped just because it’s metro superstructure work but the quality and life of work will be worst I will say. I don’t know about other yard they might be good also but according to my work place it the worst I have ever seen. Even Sundays are for work. No holidays even on public govt holidays. I have worked even on 15th aug and 26th jan so don’t expect holidays. Yes you might get leaves by asking manager for long time if needed but not like single holidays you have take 10-15 days off. About salary I would say I was not satisfied with my salary to work time ratio. It was too less 2.5 LPA CTC. Even seniors were paid less like 35k per month for 10-12 years experience but they get incentives side by side. Now the work culture I am totally disappointed as this company will prefer mostly Andhra Pradesh people to grow and there is big partiality with other region people.
