Company is good. Policy is good. Behaviour is good of young generation. Provide training. Cultural programme. Now hr look the problem.

Dislikes

Poor and late decision by department. Senior understand himself god. Senior Overthink, Behaviour and talk like junior nothing know and In pressure junior says Prabhu maaf kar do. Diplomatic. Neptomism. One of the reason, Due to this company growth rate is slow. Wastage of money.
