1. Management issues. Baised and influenced thinking of top officials 2. H.R dept. is not so strong in terms of employee problems. 3. No hierarchy maintained in the organization. 4. Boot lickers are more in the organization and always prioritized by mgmnt. 5. Career opportunities are not so good as the appraisals are not fair enough. 6. Bell curve for appraisal is worst and only for show off. 7. People who really do their work dedicatedly are not appraised well, even though boss likings have more importance. 8. Local residents of jaipur and nearby are taken granted. 9. Personally my boss do not have faith in their subordinates and try to upfront some of their loved once. 10. Even though dept. Head do not think for growth of company and always blem their subordinates. 11.
