Dislikes

Nayara energy do not value its employee . First of all they recruit on low pay scale and after that they are not willing to give you an increment after 1+ yr. We deserve growth same as company.

I really happy to work in petroleum sector as it enlarge my skills and help me to work in future with organisation and also with some other companies in this sector.

Dislikes

The main draw back with this organisation is working on off role, so that the benefits that should be given for On role employees can't be persued. I wish this company should mark my progess and turn me on role for Nayara Energy Limited it self.

Work Details

Here I work as a Divisional Automation Engineer for Lucknow Division. Here i have convert the Essar Petrol pump from Manual mode to Automated mode.

Work life balance is pretty good and so is the salary. The work culture leaves a lot to be desired especially the systems and processes at times are prohibitive for any initiative.
