Navitas follows best industrial practices by adopting ISO and PMI standards. Job security and motivated team members. Though small but good cafetaria. Very good work-life balance.

Dislikes

Career growth is very less; salary and increments are not very great. Performance pay is not paid in time and never 100 %. L&D is not very great. Not much external trainings or new learnings. Very slow growth in terms of learning and development. Most of the project are sterio-type and mostly implementation. Development projects are less. Investment in R&D or product enhancement is less.

Work Details

Exciting with the projects for 6 months or so later no much projects and no learning. Management decisions are very very slow.
