The company culture is very bad there is no job security at all they can come and ask to leave. the management of KYC its bad i cant even specify them, worst team management i have ever seen my work experience.. lot of favoritism team leaders are worst there is no proper support or any help from any one.. there was Am or manager in floor never visited us say hello.... if need to survive in NAVI there is only one way polish team leader shoes or clean their shoes... when people disconnect the call management will move to other team give them good rating.. if senior person take 0 marks in call they hide that information support him... if will never split again in that place... people are forcefully working there sake of money work culture? its just corporate prison.. if someone is going to read this or not but this company is worst place to work.....Read More
