It's 6 days working but at multiple ocassions you have to work on Sunday depending how your target is going as well as keeping in mind about the team timing. The Managing Director, Ravi Mittal, is egoistic and unprofessional to the core. He only surrounds himself with individuals who engage in flattery and sycophancy. He constantly interferes in your work, refusing to let you perform your duties effectively, thereby creating a highly toxic and suffocating environment. He treat employees like puppets, expecting them to act according to his whims, while rewarding those who behave like "sweet dogs" with attention and favoritism. Moreover he plays divide and rules games among employees, fostering hostility and mistrust within the team rather than fostering a healthy work environment. Furthermore, there is absolutely no growth no learning at this company. Your knowledge and skills will never be implemented effectively, and instead you'll find teaching and guiding people whose only competency is buttering up management.
