This company does not even deserve 1 star unrealistic targets and no work life balance no WFH policy and strict timings even if you leave 1 min early your manager will create a issue out of that nothing to learn and nothing to grow its better to stay jobless rather than joining this company. For taking sick leave also they will ask you 100 questions.

Managers will hit the lowest to show how unworthy and incapable you are. Will never suggest any of my known to join here. They will give you literally 50Rs hike at the time of appraisal and justify that by saying , company is in loss. Never ever join here, specially in operations profile. Naukri is a brand value and they really provide good service to their clients, so it will be easy for someone to work who is passionate about their work in sales

Few of the managers are not good there. They take everything personal. They do gossip about you and they will judge you. They give target as per your calibre they don’t see that everyone is getting 8-9 hours only. If you achieve your target they will increase your target in the next quarter. There is too much pressure towards targets. If you are living away from your hometown it will be tough for you to manage work life balance.
