Senior management pyramid is imbalanced in IT department.

Started off as a great Emp friendly Shared Service with great Policies & Rewards along with growth prospects however over the years shifted its focus and work life balance got hugely impacted while Job security became concerning.

Dislikes

Short term VISION and frequent management changes (sometimes twice in a year). Transformation is essential however investing in something without taking 360 degree view resulted in re-planning and incomplete results.

Pathetic salary Highly unethical practices becuase it's a cost centre funded by uk shareholders hence no one is closely tracking the justification of spends. This for employees means that there is zero merit based culture. People freely hire their friends and relatives in their own teams.
