Hi Team. Rbs is one the best n safest for women which can easily carry work . A secured and friendly company for women. Thanks.

Appraisal.. Sometimes they give very low rating. Training given to new joiners can be improved.

The job was quite interesting. In the beginning I was given good training but later was asked to support various teams in retail with no proper training which I struggled a lot but slowly was learning multiple processes which could've been better trained.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
