The Leave policy is the only thing good about this company.

One of the most significant drawbacks of working here is the glaring issue of inadequate compensation. Despite being assured of competitive pay, you will often find yourself underpaid. During appraisal discussions, the management frequently justifies minimal increments by claiming that your salary is already above the industry benchmark—a statement far removed from reality. Over time, this persistent undervaluation can erode your motivation and hinder your professional growth. You may feel trapped by the rigid 90-day notice period policy, which not only limits your mobility but also causes you to lose touch with critical interview skills. The work culture leaves much to be desired. Managers often show little regard for employee well-being, fostering an environment where working excessively long hours is the norm. The lack of genuine recognition or meaningful benefits further exacerbates the dissatisfaction. Webchat Dept. in chennai . Too much politics.. People licking management's shoes gets promoted to higher levels , where as the hardworkers stay in the same level and management tries to ditch them . Drug usage , alchaloic managers are allowed inside the office and when someone raises questions , they try and somehow get them fired. And they don't give a shit about employees personal life

One of the best organisation i have worked with. Managers and higher leadership is very good. Worklife balance in the organisation is excellent and you get good amount of leaves to enjoy with your family. I want a re entry in this organisation this is all i can say.

The only one thing which should be corrected is providing both way cabs to employees during return to office days. Apart form this i dont have anything to say.

There is nothing to like about the company, everyday of my life here felt like a punishment, I suffered from depression due to the toxic managers who are more of hooligans than managers.

Everyday was a punishment, my physical health, my mental health, my colleagues would all agree, people were blackmailed, forced to work for long long hours, the managers would never think twice before shouting, insulting the staff and all the managers from top management supported them. I was a part of Portfolio Management Mifi Uploading and keying team, the managers were all monsters. Even when I told them about my mental and physical issues they ignored and they did the same with all my colleagues. The scope of my responsibilities has grown significantly over time, but I feel that my compensation hasn’t been adjusted accordingly. With added tasks and higher expectations, I believe my salary should better reflect the increased workload and contributions I’m making to the team.

They try to invest in new technology. They work as one team, India teams are not treated separately.

Dislikes

Many people only talk and get promoted, actual work is not valued. They do not hire people at proper positions. they try to take experienced candidates and with high pay in lower grades and then later during appraisal cycle candidates do not get hike as they already cross the limit for that position.

- No Promotion/Appraisal for experienced employees until they buttering their managers or unit head. - No Learning, just doing the same job - No support from managers or top management when you are not medically fit to come to office and asking for working remotely, they forced you to resign if you not able to come to office.
