Favouritism , Bossy Culture and less leadership , Low Compensation , Data Entry work & Less Learning Development , I saw people in same position from last 15 to 20 years.

I got a good exposure about banking industry. I had a multiple work in my tenure with RBS. only those people will grow into the next level who do cheery picking the assign task. No growth for honest people who work honestly.
