The Great Initiative taken by Govt. to provide free Skills Training through PMKVY Scheme.

Dislikes

1. Less Payout as per Skilled Trainer even after done TOT(Training of Trainer) Certificate Program. 2. There is no ESI or PF facilities provide to trainer by Training Partner Company or Training Center Management 3. Training Center has no proper and effective equipment for fulfill training objective , even no spending on Equipment and maintained Systems which is daily use by trainees at PMKVY Center's Management. 4. There is No efficient monitoring authority after get contracts to run this kind of Training Center under PMKVY Scheme. 5.
