Disastrous HR management. 35 percentage variable pay in CTC, unnecessary inflating the CTC. FIXED is so low that employee will go into depression. I am talking about the NPCI International Payment Limited (NIPL). Apart from Salary & Benefits, the rest is not at all workable.

The Marketing Head at NIPL. The environment is very hostile. The head lacks vision for marketing. There is no proactiveness and calendar. Also, no proper brand guidelines. There is no work-life balance. The head lacks leadership skills, project planning and creativity.
