There is a stark difference in how on-role and off-role employees are treated—off-role employees receive no perks, no benefits, and very limited growth opportunities. The culture does not foster inclusivity, making off-role employees feelundervalued and replaceable. One of the biggest drawbacks is that NPCI prioritizes qualifications over actual skills and capabilities. Hard work and expertise often go unnoticed if you don’t have the "right" degree or certification. This creates an environment where talented individuals struggle to progress while those with preferred qualifications get ahead, regardless of competence. Just go there, sit for a while, if you get any so called 'work', pretend to do that, have lunch, timely coffee breaks, lot of gossip, scams and scandals and come back home !

Dislikes

Scams, scandals, politics, outdated practices, sarkari 'sir' culture. Though there is nothing much to do, everyone will lose one's peace of mind once you step in to this place.

Do nothing. If you have any suggestion, just keep it to yourself. No one cares. This company is a medium to make money for people on top !
