I am talking about the NPCI International Payment Limited (NIPL). Apart from Salary & Benefits, the rest is not at all workable.

Dislikes

The Marketing Head at NIPL. The environment is very hostile. The head lacks vision for marketing. There is no proactiveness and calendar. Also, no proper brand guidelines. There is no work-life balance. The head lacks leadership skills, project planning and creativity.

Those who start their career with NPCI can sustain better since this is their first exposure but for experienced it is definitely not the place to be in.

Dislikes

Extremely burocratic in nature. They go by perception than merit. Even on leaves seniors donnot hesitate to call you, pull you up when you have been away on your time off, even after sending mails, you are expected to personally reach out to the senior's cabin saying "hey i emailed you just now.please have a look"
