Learning programmes, playground challenges. Working on Real time applications was very good.

Dislikes

Controlling Work culture. No employee equality. Lot of dependency on vendors. No appreciation for good works.

Nothing feels good except for the feeling that you get because it has National in its name. Job security is there as they won't fire you but create a situation for you where you yourself would cry for leaving. They give snacks.

Dislikes

Too much of politics,lack of knowledge among Heads of Blockchain, Data Science and other technologies. Too much of ego and arrogance in the entire senior management. Not sure who kept them at the first place without any knowledge. They do micromanagement, wont let you work peacefully, no mental peace. Leaves are there but you can not apply as they don't accept it.

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
