Disastrous HR management. 35 percentage variable pay in CTC, unnecessary inflating the CTC. FIXED is so low that employee will go into depression. Being a semi government company the compensation policy is worst than private companies. Everyday office. Less public holidays. No Diwali / Birthdays gifts. Salary: compensation differences are huge. Freshers get 16-20LPA and seniors are not even getting 10LPA. Favoritism: The worst thing about NPCI is how management give better ratings to there favorites only. Food: Hyderabad office is nothing but a zoo. Huge crowd and terrible food offerings that too are not free. Employee has to payfor the food. Management: The most unskillled management. No support , no guidance Everyone will just blame and pinpoint others . What is the point of keeping vendors if they don’t want them to own and let the work done . Everybody here will just let you know that you have zero knowledge . Every hour they will ask for update , the real micromanagement happens here . If you will tell themthis is the issue , none of them will help but just ask comment out it needs to be done in this specific time . The management should look into all this process .
