Good work environment and culture. teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. there is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good. Appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

The job is quite interesting! I struggled a bit in the beginning as there was no formal training session. I learnt everything on the job. I got a chance to wear multiple hats and that helped me get a taste of different roles within the same team

This company eligible for only fresher's and illtrate peopls....company can change yellow helmet to white after 20years ...if you r pillai group you can easily get more benefits

The only plus point working with NSH is salary is paid punctuality on time every month.Staff welfare is very poor,food is absolutely junk with no choice of menu. To proceed on vacation is really impossible as the management does not approve and drag for 6 to 8 months for no genuine reason.To proceed on emergency leave requires 2 guarantors with deposit of money . Great company to work, especially for freshers. I have many memories with this company, management is so supportive to all employees, company food is number one, company room, transport, atmosphere, vacation leave with bonus, salary increments, what not everything is number in the company.
