Dislikes

Dislike to not provide comfort zone in field team like fiber team. To work 24 hours service. when period to Covid critical situation .this time work from home provide by the company. My village area not good network to provide me my work harmful.but my company Covid critical condition my company to me fire for job.

Nothing to like about this organization... I have wasted 2 and half years in this organization and there is nothing to be proud of or good about this organization. I would not recommend anyone to waste their time in this organization. Worst experience given by the organization during past 2.5 years.

Everything!!!!.... Narula or NIPL (as known in the market) has no decorum, no culture, no hierarchy system, and no work time, no work satisfaction, and mostly not a safe place for women to work.
