Position: ROW (Right of Way) Lead

Qualification: Any Bachelor Degree

Job Role:

1. The candidate need to possess good leadership skills among the team members, Integrity & Team collaboration skills.

2. After receiving the Purchase Order (PO), all applications should be completed within 7 days with proper coordination from the Field Engineer (FE) and LM/BB lead. If needed, deploy a ROW (Right of Way) executive to expedite the survey and application process.

3. Aim to obtain all DN (Demand Note) within 7-15 days, except for NHAI (National Highways Authority of India) cases.

4. ROW executives should be knowledgeable about Authority DN calculations, and any new guidelines from government authorities regarding ROW should be shared with the concerned team members.

5. After obtaining the DN, follow up for the Demand Draft (DD) or Bank Guarantee (BG) with the customer as well as with our concerned team members. Once the DD/BG is submitted, the NOC (No Objection Certificate)/permission should be obtained within 7 days.

6. All online applications should be submitted within 3 days, with proper tracking up to the receipt of the NOC.

7. A good understanding of the ROW process for NHAI and Railways is essential.

8. Daily conference calls are required with all ROW executives, and twice-weekly calls with FEs also.

9. Daily discussions with the LM/BB lead are needed to ensure ROW requirements are met as per the target, with zero gaps or tolerance for misunderstandings regarding machine deployment feasibility.

10. DPR should be shared with all concerned team members.

11. Proper liaising skills are required, along with the capability to resolve local issues promptly.
