Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the development and execution of strategies for organic farming, Farmer Producer Organizations (FPOs), and skill development programs.
• Lead initiatives to promote sustainable agricultural practices and organic farming methods.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to strengthen FPOs and enhance their market linkages.
• Drive skill development programs for farmers, ensuring the adoption of best practices and technologies.
• Monitor and analyse agribusiness trends, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
• Build partnerships with government agencies, NGOs, and agribusiness networks.
• Manage budgets, ensure efficient resource allocation, and oversee project execution.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's/Master's degree in Agriculture, Agribusiness Management, or related fields.
• 5 to 10 yrs of experience in organic farming, FPO management, and rural development.
• Strong understanding of sustainable farming, market linkages, and policy frameworks.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
• Manage the respective teams.
• Business development in Govt. and Private sector
• Build skill development team
• Should have knowledge and experience in CSR initiatives and Consultancy Services.

Desired Candidate skills:

• Experience 5 to 10 years.
• Any Graduate
• Skills Good Communication Skills.

Timing 9:00am to 6:00pm

Working Days 6 days working, Monday to Saturday.
