Very poor management of medical college, it was more of a school. Very poor environment for career growth and learning. Appraisals not as per the amount of work done. All these can be made right unless there are good seniors, good principal and good academics in charge. The senior staff had sub standard subject knowledge.The principal had no idea about the subject and very poor management of college. Lots of dirty politics and back stabbing in a college by senior staffs....Read More

As such I used to love taking classes and have good interaction with students. But other than class hours work place was very boring. The medial college was more of a school. No recognition for hard work. No growth. Students were spoon-fed in all subjects

Leadership skills, no defined process & no KRA aswell..it was people oriented & not process oriented.lacking professionalism.Employees who have been there for couple of years see the new experienced employees as threat and hindrance for their own growth..hence they spread negativity ,creating a hostile environment for others.. it happened more only in the process I belonged..not in other processes in the department....Read More
