Their is only one thing that i loved about working with Nando's and that is the fellow teammates that u work with are very helpful and friendly, i'm not including the managers in this.

Dislikes

I felt very happy when i left my job, it was like leaving from a jail. Their is no growth and no job security, they can any time pack your bags and throw u out of the company. managers are so disgusting and disrespectful, the only need u to work and they don't even understand your personal problems, either you are ill or even if you are dying, they don't care. Working for Nandos is a pleasant experience, especially they put their employees as the main asset of their business as well apportunity to grow within the organization

Dislikes

Work can be overwhelming at times, job security is based on a person's performance

Being at the organisation for the past 10 years. I have learnt a lot and there were stressful days and good days. I believe in any business you need to the right team to achieve positive results.
