If you are a fresher in the hotel industry then Nando's is the best place for you to learn the basics of this field on an international level. You can learn a lot from Nando's. But in case of income and satisfaction I'll not recommend this place as there are no incentives and other bonuses for the employees. Moreover, the company uses COVID 19 as a shield to refuse employees from providing facilities they provided before the outbreak ....Read More

Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. Please let me know your insights. Update - Thank you for all the inputs everyone who all contributed to the discussion. I have actually made my decision, I will be joining ICS at technical lead - 37 LPA. They offered a sweet deal that is too good to resist.
