some teammates were so good and friendly, training was awesome company is so good and i loved working with nandos the best part is i get to serve international celibrities. i have no complaints about company.

Some senior teammates were not good and helpful they discriminate with new hired employees they behaved like illiterate goons.thats make me to leave the company. nandos is one of my fav company where i have worked. i wanted to achieve success by serving the company with my best efforts but couldn't.

Their is only one thing that i loved about working with Nando's and that is the fellow teammates that u work with are very helpful and friendly, i'm not including the managers in this.

I felt very happy when i left my job, it was like leaving from a jail. Their is no growth and no job security, they can any time pack your bags and throw u out of the company. managers are so disgusting and disrespectful, the only need u to work and they don't even understand your personal problems, either you are ill or even if youare dying, they don't care. Compensation is decen but growth is slow. The work preddure is very hig.Sometime I have to work 14-18 hours straight in a dau as I have to attend client calls in the evining and somtimes late into the night.
