Worst place to join, unethical practices and CEO do whatever he wants no proper policies for the employees. Its tough to leave the company as they will make it worse for you.

nothing is good worst CEO and culture. CEO forces you to relocate to a PG where there are no timing issues and forces you to give parties in 4 plus zomato rated clubs with 20k budget which is monthly salary given by them and according to him he pays enough that you will be able to give that expensive party.

everything is bad, you will learn nothing from this organization, you just have to find emails and send mails that it that's the whole work which a student of 10th class can also do. Plus the CEO made rules on the basis of which you have to work on sat also and you did not even get extra pay for that. And each and every employee do this same work irrespective of the designation.

Very unprofessional behaviour from opposite gender. No proper management. Everything and everyone is very clumsy and don’t even know their roles and basically they are committing multiple frauds and employees don’t even know what they are doing.

I liked it because they gave me an opportunity as a fresher in the Human Resources domain and I had to work from home permanently. Hence, less salary was not a hurdle. Moreover, I was promised a good package after the completion of my probation of three months.

Dislikes

I informed them, I am a fresher and would like to learn and hone my skills. But there was no hand-holding in any of the tasks. Initially, for 2 months, I was not given much work and used to sit idle for 8 hours. Nobody to supervise. I was asked to perform within 15 days of joining. My probation was extended unnecessarily. Targets were suddenly allotted to me on 13th March and my confirmation was due on 1st April. On 6th April, I was told they can't pay me the salary promised as I was not productive. Before this I had asked many times, if I am not a good fit, let me know and I will put down my papers. But I was told I am performing well and my services are required. One fine day I was suddenly forced to leave. They never paid me the salary for 5 days worked in May. Despite being the only HR, I was never apprised of any policy. But newly hired employees were directed to me with various queries. I had no answer and was stuck in an awkward position. The CEO is unethical, immoral, arrogant, and encourages petty politics in the company.
