Hello all, let me tell you first that during my two and a half months tenure there was a day when the founder himself said, (well let me quote it for you) “I don’t care about the glass door or ambition box reviews”. He does whatever he wants! I was laid off and that too on the 29th of a month with 31 days in it. There is no process followed, new rules come up everyday because of course there is no clear vision. Only reason I used to get the motivation to go to office everyday was because of my fellow team mates. The Directors have no vision. They are living in a fool's paradise. Uncultured to the core. They can't even speak properly.One of the Directors sleep every time, even during the meeting. The word " DISGUSTING" actually describes the Directors and the Organisation in a perfect manner. They don't even know how to treat women employees. The company is nothing but politically very sound. Buttering is the only key for the success. Hard work never getting paid. If you wanna secure the job then you have to chat with your male bosses at midnight or else you have to go the bar with them.

Dislikes

Both the Directors are uncultured. They don't deserve to hold the post and don't even know how to talk with the female employees where the 80 percent employees are female. They use the terms like 'Nonsense' to the seniors in front of the subordinates. Attrition is very high.
