There's nothing good to speak about this terrible fraudulent company they never support their employees and they used their employees for their own purpose and then terminate their employees without any further reason or information so beautiful aware and never join this company.

They do not provide salary on time without reminders and not provides training to their employees they do not provide any travel expenses as they promises on the date of joining. They forcefully told their employees to sell their products at higher price as their products is very poor and very costly which customers usually refuses to buy. They are also terminate their employees without any further reason . Team leader and senior leaders never reach out or helps to their junior employees. Hello all, let me tell you first that during my two and a half months tenure there was a day when the founder himself said, (well let me quote it for you) “I don’t care about the glass door or ambition box reviews”. He does whatever he wants! I was laid off and that too on the 29th of a month with 31 days in it. There is no process followed, new rules come up everyday because of course there is no clear vision. Only reason I used to get the motivation to go to office everyday was because of my fellow team mates. Rest if you’re ready for abuse, disorientation of processes and no personal life (because they may call you on a few sundays too with no comp offs) then welcome aboard. You will not have an HR to discuss about your challenges, there is no retention policy at all. They do not intend to maintain hygiene of any sort.
