It would be good to be working in Nahar in earlier years but at present...the company management is not stable internally..

Company cut the salary on non power supply day... Doesn't give any medical insurance benefit... No medical expenditure benefit for staff members... If you met with any accident, this Nahar company will erase all your details from company... No salary increment for 2 consecutive years in COVID... No increment policy is used...all decisions are taken by randomly...by higher authorities... No proper take care and maintenance of machines......Read More
