Worst service company to work for at present - poor appraisals - 3 % ctc cut in name of company performance - if you are on bench or maternity leave then 5% of your ctc is cut - poor work life balance avg working hours are 14-15, will be extended on project release - no salary hike on promotion - 2 days paternity leave only - </mark>no good tech projects mostly consulting projects where you work with other companies as external consultant on payroll of nagarro - no policy to change project if you r dissatisfied, only policy on paper but rejected everytime - HR does not even care to reply on queries...Read More

What ever the hike you will get at the time of joining that the only truth. HR will make false promises for appraisal hike but appraisal is not good what HR have told. I don't have good experience with my previous manager. On Yammer, they are very good but on call they treat like they are threatening you. About NAGARRO , company is going down day by day . Already appraisals are postponed by 6 months and not they have declined org bonus as well to be paid to employees. Company policies are great and employee friendly. Company supports work from anywhere. The company vibe is quite cool. Employees get fair opportunities to grow. One learns a lot during their worktime here. Job security is good. Even during times of Covid, our job was secured and company tried their best to do that. Trainings for cross-profile missing. Regular team parties missing although company level treats do happen on festivals (pre-Covid). Work life balance is really really bad. Work here demands continuous overtime and weekend working. In my 3-year tenure till now, not a single project in which work-life balance was there. This really impacts ones physical as well as mental health. No comp-offs are given practically, even though mentioned in policy.
