Absolutely avoid this company The personals taking interview will say all lie about future of company during interview. Everyone is looking for job or have resigned from this company They will hire you showing certain future plan but in reality there is no vision of company. After 6-8 months or even after 3 months they may terminate anyone who is not required even if you are working good for company. The company frequently changes their future plan. The company management has appointed Technical Head for site activities but in reality he is the most "non technical" person. The non technical Technical Head memorizes few words spoken during meeting and think himself knowledgable person further gives all rubbish decision.There is lot of time waste in meetings in this company. This is a company where a non technical Technical Head judges and grades any skilled and performing person. The Technical Head is from South India and so do not trust any person other than South India. The company has very high level refined politics at site . Key senior person do not allow the performing employee to come forward , they give wrong and negative feedback to top management as they fear their own job may come in danger. In terms of facility, the company provides tea to its employees. The washroom has no soap liquid inside dispenser. It is filled with water or is empty. The company gives medical facility with nurse which is good. There is no transport facility for employees. You need to manage your own if your manager asks to stay till late evening.
