The work culture at MyTasker is fantastic, offering daily opportunities to learn and grow. Team bonding and job security truly enhances the overall work experience. Over the past six years, I have found my time here incredibly fulfilling. I have not only learned a great deal but also had the chance to share my knowledge with the team, which has been equally rewarding.

The Company is good for learning but has managerial issues that spoil the work culture as well as the spirit of employees. They can transfer any employee to other departments anytime without checking his/her background. Sharing an incident: A Content Writer was transferred to the Finance department.

Work culture and people in the company are friendly unless you have an attitude problem.

Dislikes

Upper Management doesn't appreciate hard work and appraisals and promotions are very bad. Women get a lot of undue advantage and favors. Policies change all the time according to their will which is nothing but a way to deduct money from your pay. Company doesn't provide laptop you have to use your personal laptop and they don't even provide allowance for that.

I have been working at MyTasker for quite some time now, and my experience so far has been truly amazing. I have gained a lot of skills and had the opportunity to work with multiple clients from all over the world. The team here is incredibly helpful and cooperative, making it a great place to learn and grow.
