The environment was quite toxic . There's lot of internal politics in the catalogue branch and the worst is that the system is so damaged that theres no one you can go to ask for guidance and support . Manager are nowhere supportive in terms of work , culture and growth. They are just there to assign project and enjoy their employee to labour around losing their shit and suck credits later authoritatively . Even if you are skilled and willing to give your 100% there's no way you can stand a chance to save yourself if company face cost cutting and tough situation .
