Work life balance is one of the best in the country. The HR policies are friendly. The office premises are spectacular. Moreover, employees get discounts during sales.

Dislikes

Promotions are slow and not that worth. Salary hikes are very low. Very less money in general. People leave company within 2 or 3 years. Retention is poor.

I liked the culture here like managers and seniors, HR team is very cooperative Managing any situation at all times, good management, good motivation and happiness, guidance to achieve next level etc.

There is promoted to another of deserving against because some colleagues referred. So this is very disappointed 😔

A lot of them: 1. No hikes for 2+ years 2. Extreme micromanagement in sf teams like apps core, pdp etc. 3. Deserving employess don't get promoted. Favouritism and boot lic*ing everywhere. 4. A sinking ship in terms of culture. 5. A lot of attrition going on

- Initial Salary is good but appraisals not upto market standards. - Promotions are very biased and based on politics at least in my departments. - Do not join Cloud Platform Engineering, other departments(SF and SCM) are still better regarding promotions and appraisals. - No proper planning and repetitive work in CPE.
