Work culture is not good as aspected,working here is like we will never get to know when will we get debit in our accounts

Dislikes

Myntra is good no doubts but staff working here is too bad their handling of sales executive is not so good, misbehaving, using bad words if something went wrong.

I'm getting a good offer after joining a company. It's been 10 days only . Can i leave it?

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
