I was responsible for operationalizing a completely new wing of fulfillment at Myntra. The learning curve is quite steep and I was entrusted with a lot of responsibility. The worked with great people and my managers were also really nice.

It was friendly work place. We had lot of opportunity to work in most of the departments. Salary appraisal was good as per our rating earned, travel policy was smooth.

it was outsourced and the most of the employees were suppose to live it was very hard.

No clarification for anything anytime, like I don't have clarity on Position too. For Myntra I am Partner Consultant and while joing it was Partner Support Analyst. In the same there is no clarification for appraisal it's been 1.5 Yrs.

Only free food/lunch benefit was good. Apart from that, I like nothing. I wasted my few years there which I will never get back in my life.

No Career growth, horrible teammates(They are professionally unprofessional), very bad appraisal in comparison to the company growth, no work-life balance, no job security, politics, etc. One incident I will never forget in my life. My manager wrote a very harsh email to me when I wasin my native place. I was at home because I lot one of my family members. And also in that situation their expectation was, I should be reachable all the time. My manager tried calling me multiple times but my number came not reachable. He wrote a long email to me with a few harsh statements. These types of people will reach nowhere. Being in a good position and earning a decent salary is not a real success. Thank God that I came out from that kind of environment and now I have a wonderful and very high salaried job. Here my manager does not allow me to work beyond 8 hours and I can work from anywhere. It was very bad. I used to work for 15hrs on average and also on weekends. As a tech person, I was working on an operational tasks.No company culture(written on paper) is bad. But nobody actually follows. A few people make things worse.
