Roles and Responsibilities

This role is within the Private Brands team at Myntra. This is an Individual contributor role and would involve the below responsibilities:

• Manage the supply planning and selection adherence for private brands portfolio
• Work closely with the Planning, Sales, Buying and Sourcing functions
• Ensure Go-to-market efficiencies with strong coordination across cross-functions
• Build processes and KPIs for inventory health management
• Take initiatives to shape the supply pipeline as per demand in a stipulated timeframe
• Build supply-side dashboards for uniform information access across teams
• Risk assessment of the supply pipeline

Qualifications

• Top Tier academic background
• MBA with 4-6 years of experience in sales planning, analytics, process improvement or program management

• Strong analytical skills and a process-oriented mindset
• Proficiency in MS Suite - Excel, PPT
• Knowledge of BI tools and statistics is a plus
